Sydney was practically pacing... Well, she would be, if she let herself. She was very, very curious what her new life would entail - she really did like her life as more or less professional eventing rider, but there just... There just was something lacking in her life - perhaps a social life. She hadn't really had one in years, and that was one of the main reasons (other than having a distinct lack of an absolute top horse of Fernie's caliber at his best) she had decided to take the offer and just see what would happen. With Buck and even Fernie along, she was sure she'd make a good impression - although probably Taras would destroy that again. But she loved Tar regardless, maybe even more than she loved Fern.
With the still somewhat dreamy smile on her face she entered the Head Office, dog securely on his leash -she could hardly let the poor boy sit in the car for another minute, let alone how long this appointment might take, it was bad enough that she had to leave two of her horses in her trailer for that time. Although she had sent Buck and May ahead, she was still (too) careful with Fernie and well, it just seemed a bit safer to take Taras with her as well.
Glancing at the open door she'd come through, she tilted her head a bit, adjusting the playfully worn red tie. "Hello?" Her voice rang out bright and clear through the empty room, her eyes scanning for a sign of life, which in all honesty was pretty useful if you had to report to someone.
OOC: next post will be better, I promise! Opening threads has never been my forte, which I guess has just been proven again
